With over 200 firms from Puglia taking part, euromedfood has become a well-established event for those firms wishing to approach the international market.
Products include pasta, bakery and confectionary, oil, wine, olives, vegetable and fish preserves, cheese and dairy products, cooked meats and salami, fruit and vegetables, pulses, liquors, coffee, spices and also ready-made food and sauces, dressings, frozen and fresh cut products, honey, natural and biological products.

The fifth edition of the trade fair will host foreign buyers and dealers from the most important food chains within the national and international market. An agenda of  meetings aimed at giving importers and buyers from various countries, the opportunity to meet and develop commercial partnerships in foreign markets, thus encouraging the internationalization of the firms taking part.
