Exhibition area dedicated to Firms, Research centres, Universities and partners of the B.R.I.D.G.€conomies Association.

Forum & Workshop area dedicated to scientific and technological analysis of the following themes:

• Innovative food products
• Fresh cut products (Cultivation/harvesting, transformation, preservation and packaging, logistics and distribution)
• Other products (Pro-biotic, functional food)
• The re-use of waste products from the agro-alimentary industry.
• Chemical extraction (supercritical gases)
• The valorisation of refuse (biomass energy, cosmetics, nutraceutic,...)
